melonlord: Toph looking pleased (Default)

→ Do you know about all of the world plot stuff? (And if not, how can it be made more explicit?) I do, as do my three. Toph only has partial information.

→ How does your character feel about it? Do they care? Zel is cranky about it, because he'd like a chance to build things up, but he also realizes that if they continue to fix HQ, they can build more of a civilization. He's a bit at a loss long-term for what he'd like to do, so this is a goal.

Melisan is a bit frustrated since he just got back from survival training and an environment shift is a pain in the ass since it makes some things useless (unless he was working in the plains, which would be a handy plot seed if I have permission...). On the other hand... well, he knows how well Sparkles deals with lizagons, so getting away from them is fine. He also personally likes Eizon, being a voice for law and order himself.

All Toph cares about is we're going somewhere with actual dirt that she can reach. She's cool with anywhere except 'in water' and 'up a tree'.

→ Are they going to do anything about it? All three will. Zel would probably more favor helping with generators and such than godly sacrifice, since he'd rather gain sufficiency from the gods. He's pretty limited in technical skills to around the state of gunpowder, but he understands basic things like clockwork and machining.

Melisan will do whatever he can. Which includes being Sparkles' voice of reason if they need it.

Toph will totally use the excuse to be bossy and domineering, but you can also rope her into metalworking for you.

Is there anything that I, other players, or the mods can do to make this more awesome for you? As I noted above, Melisan having been on the plains would be convenient. I also need to consider Zel's general goals. And, as always, I like making Melisan actually have to use all his mental powers that he tends to hide (because he wasn't supposed to know them back home).

Also, again, since Melisan has some divinatory abilities (he can sense the past of objects and he's an untrained weak precog*), if the mods want to use that for terrorizing people/dropping hints/etc. I am open to it.
