i think a lot of the issue is a combination of laziness/falling back on default cr and people being busy with work/school/other games/etc. I KNOW MY REASON IS LAZINESS!! and actually just not quite having a hook/being able to give a hook for my characters i am so sorry guys

i'm not saying to have this sort of thing often but i know if it happens once every couple of months it gives people that spark to start poking at new people where there may not have been a reason before?
